This session aims to help museum professionals learn fresh ways to cut through a cluttered marketplace to engage members, drive attendance, and enhance visitor experiences. Drawing ideas and examples from a variety of institutions, experts from PRAM, AAM’s public relations and marketing professional network, offer a fast-paced review of some of today’s most interesting ideas for audience engagement.
