In 2015, staff from the Minneapolis Institute of Art presented a session that looked at how the museum embedded a workplace culture that reflects the sum of its values, traditions, and attitudes. These behaviors guide how employees engage with colleagues and audiences to activate the museum’s mission by providing excellent service and cultivating positive relationships._x000D_In this session, the same team will share how the museum integrated the culture plan into hiring criteria, job descriptions, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
